धर्माणां धर्मनिचयः पुण्यानां पुण्यसञ्चयः । व्रतानां व्रतराजोऽसौ देवानां प्रवरो गुरुः ॥ १५८ ॥
It is the gathered essence of every dharma and the accumulated merit of every virtuous act. It is the king of vows and the preeminent guru even of the gods.
