उन्मेषनिमेषाभ्यां महाविष्णोरचेतनाः । कालः कटाक्षमात्रेण खण्डिताः स्थापिताः मुहुः ॥ १२० ॥
With the opening and closing of Mahāviṣṇu's eyes, the insentient worlds are repeatedly dissolved and established again by Time through the merest sidelong glance.
