चेष्टमानास्ततो लोकाः गुणकर्मविवर्द्धिताः । इन्द्राश्च प्रथिता व्यग्रा आयान्ति प्रलयन्ति च ॥ ११९ ॥
The worlds then began to move, expanding through the actions of the qualities. Indras and the other active rulers appear, become renowned, and in time dissolve again.
