Chapter 9 · Verse 118

तेषु विष्णुर्महातेजाः ब्रह्मकोशे ऋतुजन्तवः । प्रतिष्ठः सहसा देवानुदतिष्ठज्जलात्ततः ॥ ११८ ॥

Among them the greatly radiant Viṣṇu entered the cosmic sheath and established the cycles and living beings. From the waters he then caused the gods to arise at once.
