Chapter 9 · Verse 101

परं ज्योतिरतीतं यो विष्णुराद्यः पुरातनः । कृपापाङ्गविमोक्षेण कोटिब्रह्माण्डकारकः ॥ १०१ ॥

This ancient and primordial Viṣṇu is the supreme light beyond all things. With the liberating movement of his gracious glance, he brings forth millions of cosmic eggs.
