कालैश्वर्यगुणारम्भो विराम इतरेषु वै । विश्वहेतोरधिष्ठाता विश्वभुग्विश्वदृक्शुचिः ॥ ८० ॥
He is the source of Time, sovereignty, and qualities, and the point at which all else comes to rest. Pure, he governs the cause of the universe, experiences the universe, and beholds it all.
