नित्यस्वस्थः प्रतीकाशः कालात्मा कालकृद्विभुः । धीरः कलयतां कालः कालधर्मविवर्जितः ॥ ७९ ॥
Forever established in himself and self-luminous, the all-pervading Lord is Time's essence and Time's maker. Steadfast, he is the time that measures all measurers, yet is free from every condition of time.
