Chapter 9 · Verse 19

आनन्दावयवाभिन्ना नित्यलीलासुविग्रहा । सर्वशक्तिमयी धात्री सर्वशक्तिमयी तथा ॥ १९ ॥

She is not separate from the very limbs of bliss and is beautifully embodied for eternal līlā. She is the sustaining Mother composed of every divine power—indeed, all power itself.
