मिथुनं पुरा प्रजातं सीतायाङ्गविमोक्षणात् । एकं वस्तु यथाधारे नानात्वेनोपलक्ष्यते ॥ ८ ॥
In the beginning the divine pair appeared through the manifestation of Sītā's form. One reality, while resting in its own ground, is perceived as manifold.
