Chapter 1 · Verse 43

तदूर्ध्वं तु स्वयं शान्तं गोलोकं प्रकृतेः परम् । वाङ्मनोगोचरातीतं ज्योतिरूपं सनातनम् ॥ ४३ ॥

Above that is self-luminous, peaceful Goloka, beyond primordial nature, beyond the reach of speech and mind, eternal and made of light.
