यदंशेन समुद्भूता ब्रह्मविष्णुमहेश्वराः । कार्यकारणसम्पन्ना गुणत्रयविभावकाः ॥ ३८ ॥
From a mere portion of him arise Brahmā, Viṣṇu, and Maheśvara, endowed with the functions of cause and effect and manifesting the three qualities.
