[The Ṣamāca song continues:] ‘With the force of youth, a look of the eyes, and a smile, he cast his magic upon my heart. Speaking sweetly, he joined me to his side; yearning persists day and night. Kṛpānivāsa says: the rasika Rāghava brings under rasa's power each one who drinks.’ Rāga Paraj: ‘Rāghava, your eyes are filled with mighty magic. Ever since their glance fell suddenly upon me, I have become bewildered and lost all composure. Kṛpānivāsa says: she went home still looking toward him. (4)’ Rāga Kāfī, mūlatāla: ‘O lovely Sīyā, understand this joy: the dark, graceful, discerning one has come. Beholding and testing the sweetness of his limbs, the beloved found the awaited moment. (1) The spell drew the handsome one close in love, and she gave him the nectar of her lips. Kṛpānivāsa says: darling and beloved met, steeping rasa itself in rasa.’ Thus the spell is complete.
