[The song of Rāma's secret continues:] New rasa arises. Now the beloved is the lover, now the beloved lady; mingling together, they fashion the rāsa. Bliss, delight, and supreme happiness increase—the Vedas and Śeṣa sing of it forever. For the rasika Kṛpānivāsa, the paired form is life itself and delights the heart. (10) Rāga Kedārī, four-beat tāla: Facing one another in the lovely rasa-circle, the two laugh and dance in ever-new gaits. Song, metre, and the distinctions of music move through upati-rap and tā-tā-theī, arriving truly on the sam. (1) Each places a hand beneath the other's chin; both bodies thrill as their graceful movement finds its measure. Kṛpānivāsa beholds Śrī Rāma and Sītā showering rasa and color, while ranks on earth and in heaven dance. Mūlatāla: The two lovely beloveds sport together in their play of color.
