Without Trust There Is No Bhakti, and without Bhakti Rama Does Not Melt

Without trust, bhakti cannot arise. Without bhakti, Rama's compassion does not melt toward the devotee. Without Rama's grace, the jiva cannot find rest, not even for the length of a dream.
The sequence enters relation at every step. Trust opens the heart enough to love. Love reaches the Lord not as an argument but as surrender. Grace then gives the rest that self-reliance could never secure.
Bhushundi asks the wise Garuda to abandon futile reasoning and every doubt that feeds upon itself. Worship Rama, heroic son of Raghu's line, beautiful, bliss-giving, and the treasury of mercy. Reason is not rejected when it serves discernment. It is released when it becomes a closed circuit, endlessly demanding that the Infinite submit to terms the finite mind has invented. The alternative is a trust clear enough to act, bow, and discover through bhakti what thought alone cannot make present.
When argument has circled the same dry ground, trust opens a door through which Rama's compassion can enter.

बिनु बिस्वास भगति नहिं तेहि बिनु द्रवहिं न रामु। राम कृपा बिनु सपनेहुँ जीव न लह बिश्रामु।।90(क)।। अस बिचारि मतिधीर तजि कुतर्क संसय सकल। भजहु राम रघुबीर करुनाकर सुंदर सुखद।।90(ख)।।
Without vishvasa there can be no bhakti, and without bhakti, Rama does not melt with compassion. Without Rama's kripa, not even in dreams can a soul find true peace. Reflecting thus, O wise one, abandon all futile arguments and doubts. Worship Rama, the hero of Raghu's line, the ocean of mercy, beautiful and bliss-giving.
