The Lord of Lakshmi reigns in Ayodhya. Faced with that single fact, the poet asks how the city's fullness could ever be described.
Anima and the other supernatural attainments pervade the whole city, together with every form of happiness and prosperity. Powers sought through severe discipline have become part of Ayodhya's atmosphere.
Yet the siddhis do not dominate the scene. They are almost background radiance beside the greater wonder of Rama's kingship. No spectacle of power could equal the Lord dwelling among his people. The verse names miraculous abundance only to confess that language still falls short. Ayodhya is immeasurable not because it possesses the eight powers, but because the one from whom every power arises has chosen it as his visible home.
The siddhis fill Ayodhya like unnoticed light, eclipsed by the greater miracle of Rama sitting openly upon its throne.

रमानाथ जहँ राजा सो पुर बरनि कि जाइ। अनिमादिक सुख संपदा रहीं अवध सब छाइ।।29।।
