The vanaras dwell in Ayodhya with their love fixed upon the Lord's feet. Battle urgency has ended, roads no longer demand their strength, and the companions rest within Rama's presence.

They are immersed in the bliss of Brahman. Daylight crosses the palace walls, lamps are lit, nights deepen, and mornings return, yet no one feels the measure passing through the sky.

Six months disappear without being noticed. Time has not stopped in Ayodhya, but attention has found something deeper than succession. The warriors who counted moments in danger now forget the calendar in devotion. Rama's feet become the still center around which half a year silently turns, and each day is absorbed before it can announce that it has gone.

At Rama's feet, six months make no more sound than one breath entering and leaving the bliss of Brahman.

Read the passage from the Manas

ब्रह्मानंद मगन कपि सब कें प्रभु पद प्रीति। जात न जाने दिवस तिन्ह गए मास षट बीति।।15।।

All the monkeys were immersed in the bliss of Brahman, their hearts set on the Lord's feet. The days passed and they did not even know it. Six months went by in this way. (15)
