The compassionate Lord calls Nishada near and gives him garments and ornaments as gifts of grace. Go home remembering me, Rama says, and follow dharma through mind, action, and speech.
Then the king removes every distance of rank with a single declaration. You are my friend and my brother like Bharata. Come and go in this city always. Nishada falls at Rama's feet, his eyes overflowing, and receives Ayodhya as an open door.
He returns home with the lotus feet held within his heart and tells his family of the Lord's nature. The citizens praise Rama again and again as a blessed treasury of happiness. When his rule settles across the three worlds, sorrow departs and hostility loses its ground. Rama Rajya begins in the intimate truth revealed at the farewell: the sovereign recognizes brotherhood where society might see separation, and his vision becomes the power by which inequality and enmity fade.
Rama Rajya opens when the king calls Nishada brother and leaves the gates of Ayodhya forever open to him.

पुनि कृपाल लियो बोलि निषादा। दीन्हे भूषन बसन प्रसादा।। जाहु भवन मम सुमिरन करेहू। मन क्रम बचन धर्म अनुसरेहू।। तुम्ह मम सखा भरत सम भ्राता। सदा रहेहु पुर आवत जाता।। बचन सुनत उपजा सुख भारी। परेउ चरन भरि लोचन बारी।। चरन नलिन उर धरि गृह आवा। प्रभु सुभाउ परिजनन्हि सुनावा।। रघुपति चरित देखि पुरबासी। पुनि पुनि कहहिं धन्य सुखरासी।। राम राज बैंठें त्रेलोका। हरषित भए गए सब सोका।। बयरु न कर काहू सन कोई। राम प्रताप बिषमता खोई।।
Then the compassionate Lord called Nishada and bestowed upon him ornaments and garments as gifts. Go to your home and remember Me always. Follow dharma in mind, deed, and word. You are My friend and brother like Bharata. Always remain free to come and go in the city. Hearing these words, great joy arose in him. He fell at Rama's feet with eyes filled with tears. Placing the lotus feet in his heart, he came home and told his family of the Lord's gracious nature. Seeing Raghupati's character, the city dwellers repeatedly said, 'Blessed is this treasure of happiness.' When Rama established His rule, all three worlds became joyful and all sorrows departed. No one bore enmity toward anyone. By Rama's influence, all discord was destroyed.
