Hanuman stands upon the golden height with fire bound to his tail. Then Hari moves within the elements surrounding the demon city.
At the Lord's prompting, all forty-nine winds begin to blow across the whole city. Breath and flame meet above roofs packed with the oil and cloth Ravana ordered gathered.
Hanuman laughs tremendously and roars. His form expands until it reaches toward the sky. The tiny prisoner who escaped the bonds now towers over Lanka while divinely driven winds wait to carry his fire from mansion to mansion.
Hari commands the winds, and Hanuman's laughter rises with his body into the sky above Lanka.

हरि प्रेरित तेहि अवसर चले मरुत उनचास। अट्टहास करि गर्ज़ा कपि बढ़ि लाग अकास।।25।।
At that very moment, inspired by Hari, the forty-nine winds began to blow. With a mighty roar of laughter, the monkey swelled in size until he touched the sky.
