Traditional customs continue around the couples while bridegrooms and brides sit shyly beneath the abundance of attention. Love is public, but their modesty keeps an inward chamber untouched by spectacle.
Ram beholds the immense celebration and smiles quietly within his heart. The smile gathers the tenderness of mothers, the bashfulness of brides, the joy of brothers, and the playful excess of ceremony without disturbing any of them. The Lord receives the world's delight in inward stillness.
Amid a hundred million joys, Ram's quiet inward smile becomes the gentlest one.

A hundred million times greater than all this happiness is the bliss the mothers experience. Raghukulachanda, the moon of the Raghu dynasty, has come home with his brothers after the wedding. The mothers follow the traditional customs of welcoming, while the bridegrooms and brides feel shy. Seeing such great joy and festivity, Rama smiles quietly within his heart.
