Those who seek alms are called forward, and the queens pour charity into waiting hands in countless forms. The palace celebration becomes nourishment and wealth for people beyond its walls.

One blessing rises repeatedly from the gathering: may the four sons of Emperor Dasharatha live long. Ram's marriage is the immediate joy, but love embraces Bharata, Lakshmana, and Shatrughna within the same prayer.

Giving and blessing circle through the royal house. The queens offer material abundance; recipients return words whose value cannot be measured. At the centre are four brothers, two present and two far away, held together by Ayodhya's voice before the wedding procession has taken a single step.

Charity leaves the palace, and blessings for all four brothers flow back through its gates.

Calling forth those who sought alms, the queens showered charity in countless ways. 'May the four sons of Emperor Dasharatha (Chakravarti Dasarattha) live long!'
