Dasharatha rises from the court and carries Janaka's letter to Guru Vasishtha. The king who received the page standing now places it into the hands that guide the royal house.
He respectfully summons the messengers as living witnesses and recounts the entire sequence, from the brothers' arrival in Mithila to the broken bow, garland, and invitation.
Joy seeks discernment before it becomes action. Dasharatha does not treat the wedding as private excitement or royal convenience. Letter, eyewitness, father, and guru are gathered into one consultation. The road to Mithila will begin beneath blessing and counsel, ensuring that the king's overflowing heart moves in harmony with dharma.
The letter passes from a father's heart into the hands of the guru who will guide the journey.

Then the king rose and went to Vasishtha, placing the letter in his hands. Calling the messenger respectfully, he narrated the entire account to his guru.
