Narada's former words return to Sita as she enters the garden. Prophecy and present longing touch, awakening a pure love that feels both new and remembered.

She looks in every direction for the princes. Leaves, paths, flowering branches, friends, and shifting openings divide the view, while expectation makes each movement sudden.

Startled like a young doe, Sita searches with fear and delicacy. The image holds no ordinary hunt. Her heart senses the nearness of destiny, and the one she longs to see remains just beyond the next turn of the garden.

Among the flowering paths, Sita searches like a young doe who has heard destiny move.

Read the passage from the Manas

सुमिरि सीय नारद बचन उपजी प्रीति पुनीत।। चकित बिलोकति सकल दिसि जनु सिसु मृगी सभीत।।229।।

Remembering Narada's words, pure love arose in Sita's heart. She looked about in every direction, startled, like a young doe, frightened.
