Auspicious songs rise from every home. The celebration is not confined to palace musicians or the streets nearest the royal gate. Household after household gives its own voice to the birth.
The root of all beauty has appeared in the world, and ordinary forms seem newly radiant because their hidden source now lies visible in Ayodhya. Doorways, courtyards, garments, lamps, and faces receive the same current of delight.
Crowds of men and women overflow throughout the city. No single hall can contain them, and no one remains merely an observer. Ram's manifestation turns the whole population into one moving festival of sound.
From palace to smallest home, Ayodhya becomes a single song around Ram.

In every home, auspicious songs of celebration rang out. The very root of all beauty had appeared in the world. Everywhere in the city, crowds of men and women overflowed with joy.
