For the welfare of brahmins, cows, gods, and saints, the Lord accepts human incarnation. The targets of Ravana's violence become the named recipients of divine nearness.
This body does not arise through helpless subjection to karma. It is fashioned by the Lord's own will, a chosen form through which the unborn One enters birth and the limitless One accepts the measure of a child.
The form stands beyond Maya, the three gunas, and the grasp of the senses even while eyes behold it and Kausalya holds it near. Ram's humanity is not a veil over diminished divinity, but sovereign compassion made intimate.
Beyond Maya and the gunas, the self fashioned body of Ram rests within human arms.

For the sake of the devoted, the gentle, the godly, and the saintly, He took human form. His body, fashioned by His own will alone, stands beyond maya, beyond the three gunas, beyond the reach of the senses.
