Shiva draws the lesson beyond Narada. No god, human being, or sage can claim a place outside the reach of powerful Maya. Rank in heaven, learning, austerity, and former victory do not make an embodied mind independently secure.
This truth is not offered to produce fear of the world or contempt for the seeker. It breaks the pride that imagines vigilance alone sufficient. The force that creates convincing worlds can be crossed only through the Lord who governs it.
Reflecting deeply, the heart turns toward the Master of Mahamaya. Worship replaces the claim of immunity. Safety lies not in becoming a self guarded fortress, but in surrender to the One within whom veil and unveiling arise.
Before Mahamaya's Lord, even the wisest mind lays down its claim to stand alone.
Read the passage from the Manas
सुर नर मुनि कोउ नाहिं जेहि न मोह माया प्रबल।। अस बिचारि मन माहिं भजिअ महामाया पतिहि।।140।।
There is no god, no human, no sage whom powerful maya does not delude. Reflecting on this truth within your heart, worship the Lord of Mahamaya.
