Moving and unmoving life, woman and man, every form named within the world feels the same power entering. The distinctions of species and station provide no shelter.
Each abandons its natural boundary under Kama's sway. What had held desire within season, relation, vow, and rightful measure dissolves into one universal pull.
The verse does not merely describe attraction. It shows order itself yielding before a force that has expanded beyond proportion, preparing the supreme contrast of the one consciousness that cannot be compelled. Shiva alone remains outside the conquered boundary.
Across the worlds, every gate opens at once before the unseen conqueror.

जे सजीव जग अचर चर नारि पुरुष अस नाम। ते निज निज मरजाद तजि भए सकल बस काम।।84।।
All living beings in the world, moving and still, named woman and man, every one of them abandoned their natural boundaries and came under the sway of Kama.
