After Parvati's departure, a sage learned in the crowning wisdom of the Vedas comes to the grieving family. He does not offer empty reassurance. He reveals something of the true greatness of the daughter they have watched enter the wilderness.
As they listen, understanding reaches the place where fear had gathered. Their sorrow is not denied, but placed within a destiny vast enough to carry both separation and fulfilment.
The palace remains without Uma's footsteps, yet the family can now endure the quiet. Knowledge has become consolation. It does not erase longing, but it gives longing a horizon.
The Upanishadic sage speaks, and the empty palace becomes spacious enough for trust.

बेदसिरा मुनि आइ तब सबहि कहा समुझाइ।। पारबती महिमा सुनत रहे प्रबोधहि पाइ।।73।।
Then a sage learned in the crowning texts of the Vedas arrived and explained all things to the family with care. Hearing of Parvati's true greatness, they found consolation and remained at peace.
