Around the lake, devotional rapture rises as garden, orchard, and forest. The skin thrills into a landscape of leaves. Happiness takes wing among the branches and over the water, a multitude of beautiful birds moving freely through the inner sanctuary.

The devotee becomes gardener. Love gathers in the eyes until tears brim at their edges, then fall as clear water upon every blossom. No iron vessel or channel is needed. The gaze itself carries what keeps the garden alive.

What begins as inward feeling becomes a world of fragrance, shade, colour, and song, all nourished by tears that no sorrow produced.

Love spills from the eyes, and the whole forest breaks into bloom.

Read the passage from the Manas

पुलक बाटिका बाग बन सुख सुबिहंग बिहारु। माली सुमन सनेह जल सींचत लोचन चारु।।37।।

The horripilation of devotion is its garden, its orchard, its forest. Happiness is the beautiful birds that sport upon its waters. The gardener tends the blossoms with the water of love, pouring it gently through the lovely vessel of his eyes.
