Hanuman, son of the Wind, stands like a living treasury of knowledge. Against the forest of wickedness he is flame, swift enough to move from tree to tree until deception and cruelty have nowhere left to hide.
Yet the deepest image is not the fire around him. It is the temple within. In the chamber of Hanuman's heart sits Ram, holding bow and arrow, calm and fully armed. Service, wisdom, strength, and remembrance gather around that indwelling form.
Tulsidas bows to the servant whose power comes from the One he never allows to leave his heart.
Within the wind born hero, the bow of Ram remains forever strung.

प्रनवउँ पवनकुमार खल बन पावक ग्यानधन। जासु हृदय आगार बसहिं राम सर चाप धर।।17।।
I bow to Hanuman, son of the Wind God, who blazes like a forest fire against the wicked and stands as a living treasury of wisdom. Within the temple of his heart dwells Sri Ram, bearing His divine bow and arrow.
