No one can measure the bliss moving through the women as they approach. Sweet song, deep drums, falling flowers, and celestial radiance surround the welcome.
Then they behold the bridegroom, the very source from which joy arises. What celebration sought through music and ornament now stands visibly before them upon the wedding horse.
Every heart fills at once. Tears rise in lotus eyes, and waves of ecstatic trembling cover graceful limbs. The body itself performs a deeper arati, offering tears and thrill where hands offer lamp and plate. Before Anandakanda, joy recognizes its origin and returns to him through every opening.
Seeing the source of all joy, the women offer tears from their eyes and trembling from their limbs.
Read the passage from the Manas
Who can know the bliss that filled every heart as all set forth on the auspicious bridal procession? Sweet songs rang out, melodious drums sounded, flowers rained from the sky, and divine splendor shone everywhere. Beholding the Bridegroom, who is the very source of all joy, every heart brimmed with happiness. Tears of love welled up in their lotus eyes, and waves of ecstatic shivers covered their blessed limbs.
