Under Pratapbhanu's growing strength, the earth becomes beautiful and abundant like Kamadhenu. Suffering recedes. Men and women live happily, shaped by righteous conduct and the security of a realm where policy is guided by Dharmaruchi's devotion to Hari.
The king serves guru, gods, saints, ancestors, and brahmins. He performs the royal duties declared by the Vedas, gives many forms of charity, and listens daily to scripture, Veda, and Purana. Authority repeatedly bends before sources of wisdom older than the throne.
Across the country rise wells, tanks, ponds, flower gardens, and shaded groves. Beautiful dwellings are made for brahmins and deities, and wondrous temples stand at places of pilgrimage. Royal virtue becomes water, shelter, learning, worship, and public beauty.
Where the king's dharma touches earth, wells open and flowering groves take root.

भूप प्रतापभानु बल पाई। कामधेनु भै भूमि सुहाई।। सब दुख बरजित प्रजा सुखारी। धरमसील सुंदर नर नारी।। सचिव धरमरुचि हरि पद प्रीती। नृप हित हेतु सिखव नित नीती।। गुर सुर संत पितर महिदेवा। करइ सदा नृप सब कै सेवा।। भूप धरम जे बेद बखाने। सकल करइ सादर सुख माने।। दिन प्रति देह बिबिध बिधि दाना। सुनहु सास्त्र बर बेद पुराना।। नाना बापीं कूप तड़ागा। सुमन बाटिका सुंदर बागा।। बिप्रभवन सुरभवन सुहाए। सब तीरथन्ह बिचित्र बनाए।।
Under King Pratapabhanu's sheltering power, the fair earth herself became a Kamadhenu. The people were free from every sorrow and full of joy; men and women alike were righteous and beautiful.
