The Forest Dwelling Receives Rama Again after the Last Bow

Before the final return into forest silence, Rama bows at the feet of the guru and the guru's wife. Sita and Lakshmana stand with him, joining the reverence through which the householder, the disciple, and the Lord appear in one luminous moment.
Then the three turn back toward their dwelling of leaves. The departing multitudes recede behind them, while joy and wonder accompany their steps. The forest path, lately crowded with kings, queens, sages, elephants, and citizens, narrows again around the small household of exile.
Nothing outward has changed in the hut, yet it receives them after a world of love has broken open. Their return is not an escape from farewell. It carries every blessing, bow, embrace, and tear into the stillness where the divine play will continue unseen by the departing road.
Rama, Sita, and Lakshmana cross the humble threshold, and the vast assembly becomes silence within the hut.

Bowing at the feet of the guru and the guru's wife, the Lord, together with Sita and Lakshmana, returned with joy and wonder to their forest dwelling.
