The exchange between Rama and Bharata becomes a root from which every auspiciousness can grow. Love has accepted duty, and duty has preserved love without reducing either.
Even the gods who schemed for private advantage must praise the nobility of this lineage. Their fear could not bend Bharata, and their illusion could not destroy the people's devotion.
Flowers from celestial wish fulfilling trees descend upon the brothers. Heaven's tribute does not create the holiness of the scene. It acknowledges a truth already established on earth: obedience freely embraced can accomplish what manipulation, anxiety, and divine power could not.
Heaven showers flowers only after Rama and Bharata reveal the auspicious power that heaven's own schemes could never produce.
