Bharata appeals to the witnesses who cannot be deceived: Ram dwelling within every heart, Sita, and the all-knowing guru.

If the proposed exchange is truly righteous, he asks Vasishtha not to leave it as consoling speech. Let the word become action.

His eagerness contains no bargaining. Bharata is ready to be bound by the remedy exactly as spoken. Truth must cross from counsel into life, and he asks the master to validate it through his own authority. The disciple's joy waits for command to make sacrifice real upon the forest road.

Bharata asks that the forest exchange pass beyond beautiful counsel and become a command his whole life can obey.

अँतरजामी रामु सिय तुम्ह सरबग्य सुजान। जो फुर कहहु त नाथ निज कीजिअ बचनु प्रवान।।256।।

Rama, who dwells within all hearts, and Sita, and you, O all-knowing, wise Lord: whatever you speak as truth, make your own word come true, my Master.
