Night passes over the waterless fast and the assembly's grief. At dawn, sorrow must enter the form prescribed for honoring the departed.
Vasishtha gives each instruction to the joy of Raghu's line. Ram receives the guru's command without allowing personal anguish to disrupt sacred order.
He performs everything with reverence, faith, and devotion. The rites do not erase loss or explain it away. They give love a disciplined body through which son, lineage, scripture, and ancestor may remain joined. Ram's obedience at dawn shows grief becoming dharma without becoming less tender.
Morning finds Ram placing unbearable sorrow inside every rite his guru commands, performing each one with faith and devotion.

भोरु भएँ रघुनंदनहि जो मुनि आयसु दीन्ह।। श्रद्धा भगति समेत प्रभु सो सबु सादरु कीन्ह।।247।।
When morning came, whatever command the sage gave to the joy of the Raghu clan, the Lord performed it all with reverence, filled with faith and devotion.
