Raghubir meets every mother and offers understanding, comfort, and satisfaction rather than reopening the wound through judgment.
He addresses them as Amba and places the whole world within the governance of Ishvara. Events have passed through forces larger than any single person can command.
Therefore no one should be assigned blame. The teaching does not deny the forest road or the king's death. It refuses to make hatred the final interpreter of either. From Ram's mouth, non-blame becomes an act of filial tenderness and spiritual clarity, allowing the family to grieve without preserving an enemy inside its grief.
Ram places the broken household in Ishvara's hands and asks every mother to let blame fall away.

भेटीं रघुबर मातु सब करि प्रबोधु परितोषु।। अंब ईस आधीन जगु काहु न देइअ दोषु।।244।।
Raghubar met all his mothers, offering prabodh and paritosh, comfort and consolation. "Amba, this world rests entirely in Ishvara's hands. Let no one be given dosh, let no one be blamed."
