The assembly sees Vasishtha meet Guha with a joy surpassing even the familiar affection shown to Lakshmana.
Nothing in worldly rank explains the embrace. Its cause lies in Guha's worship of Sitapati, proven through friendship, service, vigilance, and longing.
The verse calls this the manifest power and glory of bhajan. Devotion does not remain an invisible private sentiment. It alters how greatness recognizes the devotee and brings honor into places from which society withheld it. Guha's body becomes public evidence that loving the Lord reshapes the whole field of human relationship.
Vasishtha's greater joy before Guha makes visible what rank conceals: worship of Sita's Lord carries its own sovereign glory.

Seeing that the Muniraja met the Kevat with even greater joy than he showed Lakshman, one knows: this is the manifest prataap and prabhav of bhajan to Sitapati, the Lord of Sita.
