Guha Reads Joy and Grief within the Omens

Auspicious signs begin gathering around the three travellers as they approach Ram's dwelling. Guha observes each one and weighs its meaning carefully.
He tells Bharata that the anguish consuming him will be removed and joy will arise. The meeting long sought is near enough for creation to announce it.
Yet Guha also sees grief within the final outcome. The omen does not flatten the future into easy happiness. Darshan will heal separation, while duty may prevent the result Bharata desires. Love approaches a moment capable of holding fulfillment and sorrow together. Guha's reading prepares the heart for both without asking it to retreat from either.
The forest promises Bharata joy at the meeting, while quietly warning that love's fulfilled sight may still end in grief.

लगे होन मंगल सगुन सुनि गुनि कहत निषादु। मिटिहि सोचु होइहि हरषु पुनि परिनाम बिषादु।।234।।
Auspicious omens began to appear. Observing and weighing them, the Nishad chief declared: 'Your sorrow shall be lifted and joy shall come, though the final outcome will yet bring grief.'
