News moves ahead of the procession into homes, fields, and roadside settlements. Men and women hear that the royal brothers are approaching.
Tasks fall from their hands. Houses and daily work are left behind as whole villages run toward the path, drawn by a sight they may never receive again.
When Bharata and Shatrughna come into view, beauty and affection meet the villagers together. They do not merely observe famous princes. They feel love moving through the encounter and count the purpose of birth fulfilled in that moment. The pilgrimage widens with every witness, making the road a place where ordinary labor opens suddenly into darshan.
A rumor along the road empties homes and fields, and one sight of Bharata makes the villagers call their birth fulfilled.

मगबासी नर नारि सुनि धाम काम तजि धाइ। देखि सरूप सनेह सब मुदित जनम फलु पाइ।।221।।
The men and women dwelling along the path, hearing of their arrival, abandoned their homes and work to run forth. Seeing their beautiful forms and feeling such love, all rejoiced, considering their very birth fulfilled.
