Yamuna flows before the company in the beautiful dark hue of Raghubir. River and remembered body become one within their gaze.
The entire society enters stillness, then begins to sink inwardly beneath the rising ocean of separation. The closer they move toward Ram, the more immense his absence feels.
Yet discernment becomes a ship beneath them. Love does not need to be weakened in order for the journey to continue. Viveka gives longing a vessel, allowing the pilgrims to cross without drowning in the form they adore. The dark water therefore reveals both wound and way: remembrance rises like an ocean, and steady understanding bears the heart upon it.
Before Yamuna's Ram-dark water, separation becomes an ocean and discernment the quiet ship that keeps love moving.

Gazing upon the beautiful waters that once bore Rama's sacred complexion, the entire company was drawn into stillness. Though drowning in the ocean of separation, they sailed onward upon the ship of vivek, spiritual discernment.
