After removing every false accusation, Bharadvaja turns toward the choice Bharata has actually made. The journey from Ayodhya, the refusal of comfort, and the search for Ram are supremely beautiful.
This resolve suits Bharata completely. It is not a desperate correction forced upon a guilty man, but the natural flowering of the devotion by which his life is known.
The sage gathers the whole pilgrimage into one principle: love for Raghubir's feet is the root from which all auspiciousness in the world grows. Customs, duties, and royal arrangements find their goodness only when nourished there. Bharata has left a throne, yet he travels carrying the root beneath every true kingdom.
Bharata walks without a crown because love for Raghubir's feet already bears the root of every auspicious realm.

Now, Bharata, you have done something supremely beautiful. This resolve of yours is altogether fitting. Love for the feet of Raghubara is the very root of all that is auspicious in the world.
