Sumitra offers herself in devotion and calls Lakshmana a vessel filled with extraordinary good fortune. Through his blessing, she too has become blessed.
His heart has cast aside deceit and found its true place at Ram's feet. That single inward placement outweighs every palace advantage he is leaving.
A mother's success is not measured by keeping the son near or seeing him honoured before the court. Sumitra rejoices because his life has discovered its axis. The forest cannot make poor one whose heart rests where it was created to rest.
Sumitra sees Lakshmana's fortune not in what he keeps, but in where his undivided heart has come to rest.

भूरि भाग भाजनु भयहु मोहि समेत बलि जाउँ। जौम तुम्हरें मन छाड़ि छलु कीन्ह राम पद ठाउँ।।74।।
I offer myself in devotion! You have become a vessel of great good fortune, and I along with you, for your heart has cast aside all deceit and found its true place at Rama's feet.
