The doha asks what fire cannot burn and what the sea cannot swallow. Elemental forces are known by the vast reach of their action.
It then turns toward woman, conventionally called weak yet revealed as capable of changing a kingdom's destiny, and finally toward Death, which consumes everyone in the world.
These comparisons gather power, consequence, and mortality without offering simple comfort. A private decision has become as expansive as flame and ocean. The verse's inherited rhetoric belongs to its narrative world, while the scene itself demonstrates a broader truth: underestimated agency can overturn every structure around it.
Fire, ocean, human agency, and Death reveal their magnitude through what no boundary can keep from them.

काह न पावकु जारि सक का न समुद्र समाइ। का न करै अबला प्रबल केहि जग कालु न खाइ।।47।।
What can fire not burn? What cannot be swallowed by the sea? What cannot be done by a woman, called weak but truly powerful? And whom does Death not devour in this world?
