O Madana-Gopāla! Accept this soul as Your very own servant. Kindly bestow upon me the natural, spontaneous, and rasa-filled service of Your lotus feet, and keep me forever under Your divine shelter. O Madana-Gopāla! This soul has come to Your shelter. Please accept me as Your own born servant, grant me the natural and spontaneous rasa-filled service of Your lotus feet, and keep me forever beneath Your protection. Blessed indeed are those mothers, fathers, relatives, and loved ones who regard a surrendered devotee of the Lord as their own child, brother, or family member. Blessed is the mother who gives birth to such fortunate souls and lovingly nurtures them. Blessed are the feet that carry one to the holy places of pilgrimage. Blessed also are those exalted gurus who cause such surrendered souls to hear the holy names of the Lord. Those who remain turned away from Govinda suffer great misery birth after birth. But when one wholeheartedly takes refuge in Govinda, the Lord grants that soul the fearless state. Thereafter, because that devotee is known as a servant of Śrī Hari, even Yama himself stands in awe of him.

Pad -(Iktal) One who regards Śrī Hari and Śrī Guru as the same, and lives in complete obedience to the Guru's command with exclusive devotion, alone attains the lotus feet of Śrī Śyāmā-Śyāma, the very treasure-house of divine bliss. Revealing the secret of attaining the lotus feet of Śrī Śyāmā-Śyāma, Śrī Bhaṭṭa Jī says that only one whose mind, speech, and actions are constantly and exclusively devoted to the lotus feet of Śrī Hari and Śrī Guru can attain those lotus feet, the very abode of supreme bliss. For everyone else, They remain exceedingly difficult to attain. Therefore, without allowing any other subject to occupy the mind, one should regard all conversation apart from discussions concerning one's worshipful Lord as devoid of real value and renounce it. One should constantly worship the lotus feet of Śrī Vṛṣabhānu-nandinī and Nanda-nandana, while remaining unwaveringly faithful to the sacred vow given by one's revered Master.

- (EIktal) May my mind remain joyfully absorbed in the nectar of the divine pastimes of Śrī Śyāmā-Śyāma, as though my heart were forever entangled in the net of Their divine love. May indifference arise within me toward everything else, and may the sole longing of my heart remain fixed upon the lotus feet of the divine Couple. Expressing the deepest longing of his heart for the service of the lotus feet of Śrī Yugal Kiśora, Śrī Śyāmā-Śyāma, Śrī Bhaṭṭa Jī says: “May my heart remain forever filled with an intense desire to render service at the lotus feet of Śrī Śyāmā-Śyāma, and may I become indifferent to everything apart from that. For loving service alone is the true essence of life; therefore, it is most beneficial to develop disinterest toward all worldly objects that are seen and heard.” Revealing the innermost feelings of his heart with complete sincerity in thought, word, and deed, Śrī Bhaṭṭa Jī says that the welfare of the soul is possible only when it thoroughly entangles its heart in the glorious net of the divine pastimes of Śrī Yugal Kiśora. In other words, the soul's highest duty is to remain constantly absorbed in contemplating the glories and divine qualities of Śrī Priyā and Priyatama. Finally, Śrī Bhaṭṭa Jī offers this prayer to his worshipful Lords: “O Śrī Yugal Kiśora! All glories unto You. May my mind remain forever beautifully established in the contemplation of Your wondrous and inconceivable divine pastimes.”
