Śrī Śrī Rādhā and Kṛṣṇa's return home from the grove. Look, friend: Rādhikā enters the house from the grove and lies down in seclusion. Again and again she raises the slipping edge of her dark veil over her head; with a loose and weakened hand she supports her body, its adornments disordered; she restrains her half-undone braid and casts her eyes toward the slightest sound.

He lifts his faded garland; its jeweled strand is broken; black collyrium marks his lip; his limbs are covered everywhere with nail marks; and his lotus eyes roll in every direction.
