Stanza 14
No second beauty can be found to equal the grace of this lotus-eyed one. His handsome darkness puts millions of Loves to shame; every kind of adornment seems perfected upon him. His tender smile steals the minds of men and women; in Siya’s beloved, even the simile of the bee finds fulfillment. If by any means I could obtain the image that has pleased my heart, I would bind it fast within the casket of my eyelids. (14)
Stanza 15
Anklets upon his feet, a torque upon his chest, and bracelets upon his arms, while the radiance of yellow silk adorns his waist; a robe, a shawl, and a gunja-bead garland around his neck— every comparison vanishes upon his cheeks. Upon his brow are the urdhva-pundra and saffron line, with a jewel at his nose; softly smiling teeth and lightning-bright eyes. Above the curling locks of Sri Videhi’s beloved sits a colorful cap glittering with gold embroidery. (15)
