॥ विजयेतां श्रीप्रियाप्रियतमौ ॥
विशेष ज्ञातव्य
श्रीप्रिया-प्रियतमकी जो नित्य लीला है, वह चलती ही रहती है। उसका दर्शन कोई विरले ही संत करते हैं। यह लीला एक क्षणके लिये भी नहीं रुकती; दिव्य वृन्दावनधाममें निरन्तर चलती ही रहती है। यहाँतक कि श्रीकृष्ण जब मथुरा एवं द्वारकाकी लीला करने चले जाते हैं, तब भी यह लीला चलती ही रहती है। वृन्दावनमें श्रीकृष्णकी कैशोर-लीलामें कभी विराम नहीं होता।
बहुत देरतक कहने-सुननेके बाद श्रीगोपियोंने इसी लीलाको उद्धवको दिखलाया था और कहा था, “उद्धव! यह देखो, श्रीश्यामसुन्दर एक क्षणके लिये भी यहाँसे बाहर नहीं गये हैं।”
फिर उद्धवने देखा था कि ठीक उसी प्रकार श्यामसुन्दर प्रतिदिन गायें चराने चले जाते हैं और प्रतिदिन आते हैं तथा प्रतिदिन श्रीगोपियोंके साथ उसी प्रकार लीला चलती ही रहती है। लीलाका यह रहस्य इतना विलक्षण है कि उसमें प्रवेश होनेके बाद ही पता चल सकता है कि उसमें क्या-क्या होता है। अधिकारी-भेदसे लीला प्रकट होती है। जैसे फिल्ममें आदिसे अन्ततककी लीला सजायी होती है, वैसे ही भगवानके रूपमें अनादि कालसे जितनी लीलाएँ हुई हैं, हो रही हैं एवं अनन्त कालतक जितनी होंगी, वे सब-की-सब सजाकर रखी हुई हैं। उस रहस्यको समझानेके लिये कोई दृष्टान्त नहीं है। सच्ची बात तो यह है कि श्रीकृष्णके द्वारा समझाये बिना उसे समझना असम्भव है।
English translation
May Śrī Priyā and Her Beloved be victorious!
A Special Note
The eternal līlā of Śrī Priyā and Her Beloved continues without cessation. Only rare saints behold it. It does not stop even for a moment, but unfolds perpetually in divine Vṛndāvana-dhāma. Even when Śrī Kṛṣṇa departs to enact His līlās in Mathurā and Dvārakā, this eternal līlā continues. Śrī Kṛṣṇa’s youthful līlā in Vṛndāvana never pauses.
After much conversation, the gopīs revealed this very līlā to Uddhava and told him, “Uddhava, look! Śrī Śyāmasundara has not left this place even for a moment.”
Uddhava then saw Śyāmasundara go out to graze the cows each day, return each day, and perpetually enact the same līlā with the gopīs. This mystery of līlā is so extraordinary that only after entering it can one discover all that occurs within it. The līlā manifests according to each person’s spiritual eligibility. Just as an entire drama from beginning to end may be arranged within a film, so all the Lord’s līlās, those enacted from beginningless time, those unfolding now, and those yet to unfold throughout endless time, remain eternally arranged within His divine form. No analogy can adequately explain this mystery. The truth is that it cannot be understood unless Śrī Kṛṣṇa Himself grants understanding.
