Global chapter 456 of 51436 passagesSource PDF pages 216219
Chapter context and opening material

Source: Volume 3, physical PDF pages 216–219 (printed pages 202–204). Structure: Thirty-six continuously numbered Sanskrit verses. Verses 1–7 identify Sahajā with Time and the celestial wheel; verses 8–15 enumerate the earth, water, fire, air, space, and mental divisions of the sixty ghaṭikās; verses 16–23 map the outer Brahmāṇḍa into the subtle body; verses 24–34 describe the deities and powers of the six lotus centers, the ājñā center, and the thousand-petalled realm; and verses 35–36 conclude that the inner and outer cosmos unfold through Sahajānandinī's power and are pervaded by imperishable Rāma. Summary: Śiva tells Rājinī that Sahajā appears as Time and continuously turns the constellations, planets, and stars through the celestial wheel. He presents six elemental and mental modes of the sixty ghaṭikās, then identifies the external universe with an inner Brahmāṇḍa structured by iḍā, piṅgalā, suṣumṇā, the elements, senses, worlds, and lotus centers. Gaṇeśa, Brahmā, Viṣṇu, Rudra, the cosmic Person, the supreme Self, and the transcendent haṃsa occupy successive centers with their powers. Above them shines the imperishable Brahman beyond kṣara and akṣara. The entire inner and outer display expands through Sahajānandinī's power and is filled by the deathless fullness whose name and form are Rāma. Sahajā as Time and the Celestial Wheel
