Colophon Thus ends Chapter 107, “The Manifestation of Yamunā and Yama,” in the Pūrva-khaṇḍa of the dialogue of Brahmā and Bhuśuṇḍi in the venerable Ādi Rāmāyaṇa, within the account of the great king’s pilgrimage. Textual note The chapter begins on physical PDF page 679 after the Chapter 106 colophon and ends with its own colophon on physical PDF page 694. All 183 passage numbers are present and sequential in the scan. The long, ornate praise passages 166–169 have been retained as single numbered prose units rather than silently divided; their English follows the transmitted sequence of epithets while making the extended compounds readable. The Vedic-style consecration formulas in passages 99–108 are translated directly and conservatively. Obvious OCR confusions were controlled against the page images; unusual or metrically difficult printed readings were preserved rather than silently replaced with conjectural Sanskrit.
