Whoever hears this account of the maternal uncles’ deliverance from the ocean of becoming—this world-purifying deed of Raghu’s best—becomes dear to Rāghava. Thus ends Chapter 100, “Deliverance of the maternal uncles,” in the account of the six divine qualities in the Pūrva-khaṇḍa of the glorious Ādi Rāmāyaṇa, within the dialogue of Brahmā and Bhuśuṇḍi. Source note This treatment is controlled against the 1975 Sanskrit–Hindi edition, Pūrva khaṇḍa, source leaves 599–606 (physical PDF pages 600–607; printed pages 468–475). OCR supplied the alignment layer, while the scan controlled the chapter boundaries, changes among the Tapoloka ruler, ascetics, heroes, faithful wives, and Rāma, as well as the colophon. The edition prints passage number 22 twice and then continues at 24; the second printed 22 is registered editorially as passage 23, preserving the complete 92-passage sequence without abridgment.
